Phoenix Yard will take the form of a hybrid planning application consisting of two phases which will maximise the potential of a brownfield site, delivering a mixed-use scheme with the potential to accommodate media, educational, commercial, retail, and residential space.

Ahead of submitting the hybrid planning application, we are keen to hear the views of the local community on the proposals. If you would like to leave your feedback, please use the form on this page to provide your comments. All feedback received will be reviewed by the project team, who can answer any queries. We are also hosting a public exhibition event on 17th March 2025 at 12 – 4pm to provide further information on the plans and offer local residents and businesses the opportunity to have their questions answered by the project team. The deadline for feedback is 31st March 2025. Feedback received after the conclusion of the consultation period will still be reviewed by the project team but may not be included in the final submission.
